For flat roof installations in GRP fibreglass or EPDM rubber, the system manufacturer's guarantee applies in addition to our 10-year workmanship guarantee. GRP and EPDM systems carry a 25-year manufacturer guarantee — extending coverage well beyond our workmanship guarantee period. These guarantees are issued directly by the system manufacturer and transfer with the property if you sell.
If you believe a defect has arisen from our workmanship within the guarantee period, call us on 01483 346 440 or email us with your job details and a description of the issue. We will arrange a return visit within 5 working days. If our inspection confirms the defect arises from our workmanship, we will rectify it at no charge. We do not charge call-out fees for guarantee claims.
As an NFRC-registered contractor, we are required to maintain professional standards and insurance throughout our trading period. In the unlikely event that we are no longer trading during your guarantee period, the NFRC can assist with dispute resolution and has processes in place to support homeowners in these circumstances.
Your guarantee is confirmed in writing on the completion invoice for every job we carry out. Keep this document with your property records — it transfers with the property if you sell and may be required by a buyer's solicitor or surveyor.
