Signs Your Guildford Fascia Needs Replacing
The most obvious sign is visible rotting or cracking of the fascia board face. On properties where gutters have been overflowing or leaking at the back edge — common on Guildford's older stock where gutters are undersized or poorly maintained — the fascia behind the gutter is often soft and failing even when the visible face appears intact. A fascia that flexes when pressed, shows paint peeling from both sides, or has visible holes where birds have begun nesting requires immediate replacement. uPVC vs Wood Replacement in Guildford
